I have formed a Team of professionals to aid in the process of selling and closing the sale of properties from home inspectors, lenders, buyers agents, insurance, title companies and more. I have been a licensed Realtor for 9 years and am a member of the Duluth Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have specialized in staging homes to sell by keeping a low budget and working with the seller has to embelish their surroundings, often time moving things out or moving new things in. Training and certification for this skill was gained in 2003. One of the other services I provide is referral and relocation to other highly skilled agents when sellers are moving out of area and buyers are moving in. This is a timely and delicate matter for all involved with Chamber packets on community information, homes, agents & their skills, etc. We can go the extra mile that your standard agent can not. We help create a win win situation for both buyer and seller to make a deal come together.
I have done much motivational speaking and mentoring from skills gained through my days of sales with Fuller Brush, Mary Kay, Shaklee, Amway and others. My training, seminars and continued book reading allow me to continue to grow and share daily.
These services have given me top billing as a President's Circle Member in 2002 and 2003 (with Coldwell Banker in Ann Arbor, MI). Having had a short year in 2004 with Century 21 before moving to MN, I was able to achieve Ruby and Quality Service Awards in 6 months. These awards place me in the top 6 of agents nationwide. This year in 2006, I achieved the Executive Club status with RE/MAX which is a production based award. I am not your average realtor! Call upon me and judge for yourself. Many of the transactions I participate in are two sided with me having the listing and having secured a buyer from my many forms of media advertising, that include tv, paper, magazines, and internet.
On a personal level, one of the greatest joys of my life is working with children. Every week, I used to participate in the local tutoring program called HOST (Helping One Student To Succeed). It is an amazingly rewarding work my only regret is to not have done it sooner. Since becoming involved with real estate I have taken on a personal mission to give back to my community and others. Being an avid animal lover inspired me to contribute from each closing to the Humane Society so all our animal friends can get fed and find homes. I also have taken a stand and involvement with Domestic Abuse, Relay for Life, the Canned Food Drives, Foreign Exchange Programs (by sponsoring 9 kids over the years), Habitat for Humanity building projects, Warm the Children Coat Drive, Junior Achievement Crazy Bowl, Muscular Dystrophy Jail and Bail and Juvenile Diabetes. If there is a cause, I gladly participate and contribute. I believe strongly in sharing the blessings I have been given and am the Sunshine Lady for my local church, Palisades Baptist.
